services to our clients which include :- Service and Technical Support SEL will provide general service and technical support to client in accordance with
the current service and technical support polices in effect.Service and support
offering may very from product to product.If client purchasees optional services as
listed on clients invoice, SEL will provide the optional service and support to clients
in accordance with the then current terms and conditions in the optional service
contract b/w SEL and client ( available via the internet on SEL 's website

its general and optional service or support programs and the terms and condition that governs
themselves has no obligation to service or support until
SEL has received full payment for the product or services/support

Unless specified oterwise,
SEL warranty to the clients that SEL branded products
(excluding third party products and so will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship and affecting normal use for a period of one year from invoice date,"standard warranty").

During the one year period begining on the invoice date,
SEL will repair or replace products retuned to
SEL's facility.Client must perpay transportaion charges
and insure or accept the risk of loss or damage during such
transportaion.

SEL does not give any given warrenty that the products are fit for any particular
purpose and this standard warrenty is given in place of all warranties, conditions,terms
undertacking and obligations implied by statute,Common law, trade usage,course of
dealing and oterwise including warranties,fitness for
purpose, satisfactory quality and or compliance with descriptions,all of which are here by excluded to the fullest extent
permitted by law.

The clients agrees that, in relation to third party products purchase through
SEL,where such of the products are covered relevant manufacture's warranty ,then the
standard warranty shall not extend to such products and such manufacturer's warranty
shall be the sole warranty for the support of such products and any events not look to
SEL for such warranty support.

this standard warranty does not cover damage, fault, faliure or malfunction due to external
causes, including accident, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by
SEL.
